Are you allowed in this situation to overtake the tram?

According to the regulations, a rail vehicle should be overtaken on the right unless the position of the tracks makes it impossible. In this situation, the tracks are on the far right side of the road, which physically rules out overtaking from that side. Therefore, in accordance with Art. 24 para. 4 of the Road Traffic Act, you have the right to overtake the tram on its left side.
