Are you allowed to make a U-turn from the lane you are taking?

In the visible situation, traffic is directed by a directional signal S-3, which displays a green arrow pointing left. According to § 87 para. 2, an arrow on the roadway permitting a left turn does not authorize a U-turn if traffic is controlled by signal S-3. This signal allows travel only in the direction indicated by the arrow, and therefore U-turns are prohibited here.
