In the visible situation, you intend to turn right into a crossroad, which will cross the path of a pedestrian walking on the right side. According to Art. 26 para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver of a vehicle turning into a crossroad is obliged to yield the right of way to a pedestrian crossing the roadway of the road the vehicle is entering. This obligation exists regardless of whether a pedestrian crossing has been designated there.
