Is it permitted in the presented situation to overtake the vehicle visible?

In the visible situation, you are approaching an intersection where traffic is controlled by light signals (a green signal is displayed). According to Art. 24 para. 7 pt. 3 of the Road Traffic Act, the prohibition of overtaking at an intersection does not apply where traffic is directed.
