Does the provisions of the Law on road traffic allow you to move away from the vehicle while the engine is running?

According to Art. 60 para. 2 pt. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver is forbidden from leaving the vehicle when its engine is running. This provision is intended to ensure safety, for instance, by preventing the vehicle from rolling away or being used by an unauthorised person. Leaving the engine running while stationary also causes excessive exhaust emissions and noise.
