There are no other vehicles behind you on the road. Are you allowed in this situation to resign from signalling your intention to turn right?

According to Art. 22 para. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver is obliged to always and clearly signal their intention to change direction of travel. This obligation is absolute and does not depend on whether another vehicle is travelling behind you, because the signal is intended for all road users, including pedestrians.
