When changing lanes on an unmarked roadway, are you exempt from signalling this manoeuvre with the appropriate turn signal?

According to Art. 22 para. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver is obliged to signal their intention to change direction or lane in advance and clearly. The absence of painted lanes on the roadway, as in the video, does not exempt you from this duty. Any change of course that could be significant to other road users must be signalled accordingly.
