Is it prohibited to stop a vehicle directly behind a visible indicator post?

The white beacon with one red stripe (G-1c) visible on the right informs you that you are in the immediate vicinity of a railway crossing. According to Art. 49 para. 2 pt. 3 of the Road Traffic Act, parking a vehicle on the section from the railway crossing to the beacon with one stripe is prohibited. This means that past this beacon, you must not immobilize the vehicle for longer than one minute unless necessitated by traffic conditions.
