What obligation do you have as the owner of a passenger car?

According to Art. 81 of the Road Traffic Act, the basic duty of a vehicle owner is to present it for periodic technical inspections. For a new passenger car, the first inspection must be carried out before 3 years have passed from the date of first registration, the second before 2 years have passed since the first inspection, and each subsequent one every year.
