If you're riding a moped, can you use the lane designated for bicycles?

The lane visible on the right-hand side of the carriageway is marked with the P-23 “Bicycle” road marking, which indicates that it is a lane designated for bicycles. According to the Road Traffic Act, a moped is a motor vehicle and is not permitted to use the bicycle lane. There is also no additional signage that would allow mopeds to use this lane.
