Within what period of time are you obliged to notify the starost's office of purchasing a previously registered motorcycle?

In accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, the owner of a registered vehicle is required to notify the starosta of its acquisition within a period not exceeding 30 days. This obligation applies to every vehicle registered in the territory of the Republic of Poland, and the competent authority is the starosta, at whose office (district administrative office) the notification must be made.
