What's the maximum engine power of an electric moped that you can ride if you hold an AM-category driving licence?

A category AM driving licence entitles the holder to drive a moped. According to the definition in the Road Traffic Act, a moped is a vehicle equipped with an internal combustion engine with a capacity of up to 50 cm³ or an electric motor with a power output not exceeding 4 kW. A further condition is that the vehicle's design speed is limited to 45 km/h.
