When leaving the depot onto a road, are you obliged to exercise particular caution?

Exiting a depot onto a public road is a manoeuvre of joining the traffic. In accordance with the Road Traffic Act, when joining the traffic, the driver is always required to exercise special caution. This obligation also includes the requirement to give way to other road users.
