If you change lanes once you go past this sign, are you obliged to indicate your intention of making such a manoeuvre?

The D-14 'End of lane' sign indicates that the lane you are travelling in is ending. Continuing to drive therefore requires a lane change manoeuvre. In accordance with the Road Traffic Regulations, any such manoeuvre must be signalled in good time and clearly using the direction indicator.
