When continuing driving in the place shown, are you obliged to drive slowly?

The video shows children moving along and crossing the roadway in the immediate vicinity of a school. Due to the presence of children on the road, the driver is obliged to exercise special caution and drive slowly to be able to stop the vehicle safely if necessary. Art. 26 para. 5, cited in the legal basis, requires such precautions in situations involving the transport and movement of children.
