If you are driving a vehicle group with the height exceeding 4 m, do you need a permission?

In accordance with the Road Traffic Act, the maximum permissible height of a vehicle or a combination of vehicles is 4 metres. Exceeding this value, as in the case of the visible oversized transport, classifies the vehicle as a non-standard vehicle. Operating such a vehicle on public roads requires an appropriate permit.
