Can you use position lights on this section of the road when driving a motorbike not equipped with daytime running lights?

According to the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, the driver is required to use dipped headlights at all times in conditions of normal visibility. Position lights are used exclusively to mark the vehicle when stationary and may not be used as a substitute for dipped headlights or for daytime driving. Furthermore, when entering the tunnel visible in the video, it is mandatory to switch on dipped headlights.
