Suspension of a driving licence for 3 months occurs for exceeding the permitted speed in a built-up area by more than 50 km/h. In a situation where a 40 km/h speed limit is in force, exceeding it by more than 50 km/h occurs when driving at a speed higher than 90 km/h (40 km/h + 50 km/h = 90 km/h). Meeting this condition provides the basis for the district governor to issue a relevant administrative decision.
