Are you obliged to stop, even though the bus is running on the tram tracks?

The bus has stopped at a stop which is not equipped with a passenger island, which forces alighting passengers to step directly onto the carriageway. In such a situation, the driver is required to stop and allow pedestrians to reach the pavement safely. The fact that the bus is travelling on a tramway does not release you from this obligation, because passengers still have to cross the traffic lane in which you are travelling.
