Are you allowed in this situation to overtake a railway vehicle?

At the end of the recording, a marked pedestrian crossing without traffic lights is visible. According to Art. 26 para. 3 pt. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, a driver is prohibited from overtaking a vehicle at a pedestrian crossing and directly before it, except for crossings where traffic is directed. Due to the approach to this location, the overtaking manoeuvre is prohibited in this situation.
