No, in the case of an accident with injured persons, the vehicles must absolutely not be moved. According to Art. 44 para. 1 pt. 3 of the Road Traffic Act, the positions of the vehicles must remain unchanged so as not to erase traces and not to make it difficult for the police to determine the course of the incident. The obligation to remove vehicles from the road only applies to collisions in which no one was injured.
