In a tunnel, U-turns are strictly prohibited. It is an extremely dangerous manoeuvre in a confined space, creating a huge risk of a head-on collision. This prohibition, along with the prohibition of reversing and stopping, comes directly from Art. 22 para. 6 pt. 1 of the Road Traffic Act.
