If you go straight, should you give the right of way to a vehicle approaching from the left?

In the video, you are approaching an intersection where there are no signs regulating priority, which classifies it as an uncontrolled intersection. According to Art. 25 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, in such a situation you are obliged to yield to a vehicle approaching from the right. Since the visible white delivery van is approaching from your left, you are not obliged to yield to it.
