Can you make a U-turn on the bridge?

Making a U-turn on a bridge is prohibited, as stated directly in the provisions of Art. 22 para. 6 pt. 1 of the Road Traffic Act. This prohibition was introduced for safety reasons - bridges, like the one in the picture, usually have a limited width and no hard shoulder, and performing such a complex manoeuvre could easily lead to blocking traffic and a collision.
