In the situation shown, you are entering a residential zone (sign D-40), where pedestrians, including people in wheelchairs, have priority and can use the entire width of the road. Using the horn is prohibited in this case because there is no immediate danger, only the necessity to yield. Such behaviour would constitute an abuse of the audible signal as mentioned in Art. 29 para. 2 pt. 2 of the Road Traffic Act.
