Absolutely not. In the event of a road accident in which there are injured or deceased persons, there is an absolute prohibition on moving the vehicles until the Police have completed their procedures. According to Art. 44 para. 2 pt. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, one must refrain from any actions that could make it difficult to determine the course of the incident. Vehicles may only be removed from the road in the case of a collision, i.e., an incident without casualties.
