Yes, this is the duty of every participant in a road traffic incident. According to Art. 44 para. 1 pt. 4 of the Road Traffic Act, upon request from another person involved in the incident, you must provide, among other things, the details of the insurance company with which the third-party liability insurance contract is concluded.
