Which of the following are mandatory equipment in each passenger car?

According to the Regulation on the technical conditions of vehicles, every passenger car registered in Poland must be equipped with a fire extinguisher and a warning triangle. The triangle shown in the picture is used to signal that a vehicle has stopped due to a breakdown or an accident. The other items, such as spare bulbs or a hands-free kit, are not mandatory, although they can be useful.
