Does the sign on the right side of the roadway indicate the permitted driving directions from the individual traffic lanes?

The blue sign visible on the right side of the roadway is sign F-10 'Lane directions'. According to § 72 para. 1 of the Regulation on road signs and signals, this sign indicates the permitted directions of travel from individual lanes. The arrows on the sign clearly inform drivers which way they can go when occupying a specific lane before an intersection.
