Are you allowed to park the vehicle on the roadway in this place?

A P-4 double solid line is painted on the carriageway. According to Art. 49 para. 1 pt. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, it is prohibited to stop a vehicle alongside a solid line if it would force other drivers to cross it. In the situation shown in the video, parking the vehicle in the traffic lane would certainly force other passing vehicles to cross this line, which is why this manoeuvre is prohibited.
