In a built-up area, on a two-way roadway with low traffic, are you allowed to park the vehicle at the left edge of the roadway?

In this situation, it is permitted. As a rule, stopping and parking a vehicle on the left edge of the carriageway is prohibited, however, Art. 49 para. 1 pt. 7 of the Road Traffic Act provides for an exception. It allows such parking in a built-up area on a two-way carriageway with light traffic, which are the conditions presented in the question and on the video.
