Are you allowed to use high beam lights in this situation?

The video shows that you are driving at night directly behind another vehicle. In this situation, the use of high beams is prohibited because it could dazzle the driver in front through their rearview mirrors. According to Art. 51 para. 3 pt. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, the driver is obliged to switch from high beams to low beams when approaching the vehicle ahead if there is a risk of dazzling them.
