You must not haul another vehicle with your passenger car:

Towing on a motorway is prohibited, as stated in Art. 31 para. 2 pt. 5 of the Road Traffic Act. The high speeds on motorways make towing by a regular vehicle dangerous. An exception applies to breakdown assistance vehicles, which may tow a damaged vehicle only to the nearest exit or motorway service area.
