Does the visible sign warn you of a level-crossing with barriers?

In the recording (especially frames 12 and 13), warning sign A-9 'level crossing with gates' is visible on the right, characterized by the fence symbol. According to § 6 of the Regulation on road signs and signals, this sign warns of an approach to a level crossing equipped with gates or half-gates. This signage thus clearly informs about the type of level crossing ahead.
