Is it allowed to stop a passenger car on a road dedicated to bicycles, if you have at least 1.5 m width left for cyclists?

Stopping a vehicle on a cycle path, marked with a bicycle symbol, is strictly prohibited. The requirement to leave 1.5 metres of width applies to stopping or parking on a pavement, not on a cycle path. According to Art. 49 para. 1 pt. 11 of the Road Traffic Act, stopping on a cycle path is forbidden.
