Is it prohibited to reverse a vehicle in a tunel, on the bridge and flyover?

According to Art. 23 para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, reversing in a tunnel, on a bridge, and on a viaduct is prohibited. This manoeuvre in places such as the tunnel shown in the picture is extremely dangerous due to limited visibility and lack of space to pass. This prohibition also applies on motorways and expressways.
