In the presented situation, when turning right should you yield priority to the cyclist?

Yes. A driver turning into a side road is obliged to give way to a cyclist riding straight ahead on a cycle crossing. Although the traffic light shows a green signal, the turning manoeuvre crosses the path of the cyclist, who has the right of way in this situation. This is based on the provisions of Art. 27 para. 1a of the Road Traffic Act.
