In the presented situation, do you yield priority to the cyclist?

A driver approaching a cycle crossing is obliged to give way to a cyclist who is on the crossing. In the situation shown, the cyclist is already on the crossing, therefore you must stop without fail and allow them to continue. This obligation arises from Art. 27 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act.
