Which of these factors should you take into account when executing an overtaking manoeuvre?

According to Art. 24 para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, a safe distance must be maintained from the overtaken vehicle during overtaking. In the conditions shown in the picture – snowfall, wet road surface, and limited visibility – this is particularly important. Water and slush thrown from under the wheels of the overtaken vehicle can further reduce visibility, creating a huge hazard.
