How should you behave when entering a section of a road covered with puddles?

In accordance with the principle of adapting speed to the conditions (Art. 19 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act), when driving into puddles, you must significantly reduce your speed. Driving through them quickly risks an uncontrolled skid due to loss of grip (so-called aquaplaning), and dangerous road damage may be hidden under the water. You should also remember to avoid splashing pedestrians.
