Stopping a vehicle in this place is prohibited. This is an on-ramp to a high-speed road, where stopping in a traffic lane creates a fatal risk of a rear-end collision. The regulations (Art. 49 para. 1 pt. 11 of the Road Traffic Act) strictly prohibit stopping on motorways and expressways outside of designated areas.
