If you intend to turn left at the nearest junction, do you have to signal this manoeuvre with a turn signal?

The video shows sign D-1 "priority road" with plate T-6a, indicating that the priority road turns left. A left turn, even if it follows the priority road, constitutes a change of direction. According to Art. 22 para. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, you are obliged to signal such a manoeuvre in advance and clearly with your turn signal.
