Have the drivers of these vehicles facilitated the free passage of emergency vehicles by creating the so-called "emergency corridor"?

The video shows that drivers in both lanes have pulled over to the edges of the roadway (left lane to the left, right lane to the right), creating a clear space in the middle. This is a textbook example of creating an 'emergency corridor'. According to Art. 9 para. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, in conditions of heavy traffic that hinders the passage of an emergency vehicle, drivers are obliged to behave in this way to allow emergency services free passage.
