What conditions must be met by a passenger car with which you want to transport a child under the age of three?

A child under 3 years of age must be transported in a child safety seat. This seat is installed using the vehicle's seat belts or the ISOFIX system. Therefore, according to Art. 45 para. 2 pt. 5 of the Road Traffic Act, it is forbidden to transport a child in a vehicle not equipped with seat belts, as this makes the proper and legal installation of the child seat impossible.
