Are you allowed to stop the vehicle directly behind this pedestrian crossing?

According to Art. 49 para. 1 pt. 2 of the Road Traffic Act, it is forbidden to stop a vehicle less than 10 m before a pedestrian crossing. On a two-way road with two lanes, as seen in the picture, this prohibition also applies to the 10 m section after the crossing. Stopping just after the crossing is therefore prohibited because it could obscure pedestrians from the view of drivers coming from the opposite direction.
