Can you refrain from exercising extra caution in this situation?

According to Art. 23 para. 1 pt. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, when passing a stationary obstacle, the driver is obliged to maintain a safe distance and, if necessary, reduce speed, but the Act does not explicitly require special caution. This duty applies to other, more dangerous manoeuvres such as overtaking, reversing, or changing lanes. In this situation, ordinary caution is sufficient.
