Are you allowed to park your vehicle for 5 minutes beyond this sign?

The sign visible on the right is a G-1c countdown marker with one stripe, which informs about the direct proximity of a railway crossing. According to Art. 49 para. 2 pt. 3 of the Road Traffic Act, parking (i.e. stopping a vehicle for longer than 1 minute) is prohibited on the section from the level crossing to the marker with one stripe. Therefore, in the area behind this sign, parking a vehicle for 5 minutes is not allowed.
