Are you joining the traffic in this situation?

In this situation, you are not joining the traffic because you are already on the road as a road user driving a tram. Starting off after a stop resulting from traffic conditions or regulations (e.g. waiting for the lights to change at an intersection) is not considered joining the traffic. The definition of situations in which joining the traffic occurs is specified in Art. 17 para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act.
