Does this solid line visible on the right permit other vehicles to enter the track?

The P-2 'Single solid line' on the right separates the traffic lane from the tramway. In accordance with the regulations, crossing or straddling this line is prohibited. Therefore, this line prevents vehicles travelling in the adjacent traffic lane from entering the tramway.
