When driving a tram, are you allowed to talk on a mobile phone requiring you to hold the receiver or microphone in your hand?

In accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act, a driver is prohibited from using a telephone which requires holding the handset or microphone in the hand. As a tram is a vehicle within the meaning of these regulations, this prohibition also fully applies to a tram driver.
